What Is Shamanism?
Shamanism is the oldest spiritual practice in the world, every culture on Earth started with Shamanic roots and it is still practiced in many areas of the world today. It can be a very powerful and potent healing tool.
There is no universally accepted definition of Shamanism. What I have experienced in my training and practice is that a Shaman will enter into altered state of consciousness and travel or ‘journey’ on behalf of their client to different levels of consciousness, in order to restore power, balance and wholeness to a client’s energy systems.
This work I do is not associated with any particular religion and can be beneficial to anyone who desires healing, regardless of their religious background.
Shamanism invokes the guidance and assistance of Divine Energies to assist in healing – to allow a person to create the changes they truly want and need in their lives. Shamanism can end destructive patterns of behavior and unconscious beliefs.
How Can It Help You?
Have you ever felt stuck? Unable to get past something to get what you really want in life? For example, having ended a relationship with someone and then finding yourself having almost exactly the same arguments and problems in your next relationship? Or have you almost kicked a negative habit like overspending, and then falling right back into it again even though you did all the ‘right’ things?
Or as a leader your company gets to a certain threshold of success and just cannot seem to get past it to the level of success you really want for it and your team?
That often happens due to something called ‘soul fragmentation’ and harmful belief patterns at work in our subconscious minds.
Soul fragmentation happens when a person experiences some kind of trauma (often in childhood) that their consciousness is unable to cope with. Examples of this would be situations where we have loss of consciousness, emotional or physical trauma, a sudden death of a loved one, abuse, divorce etc. It often results in repeated negative patterns that one cannot break. Shamanic healing can help with a number of conditions including depression, addictions, low self worth, stress and many other things.
There are a number of healing tools in the Shamanic arsenal like Spirit Guide Retrieval, Soul Retrieval, Soul Remembering and Extraction that help restore and bring balance so the person can either better cope with or heal those harmful patterns.
These patterns play out in leadership situations just like they do in regular life. We carry patterns with us in whatever role we play and they can cause some serious problems in business as well as in personal life.
The good news is that these habits and patterns can be broken and even eliminated with the right guidance and support and we can move past what we once believed possible with the freedom to really create the personal and professional lives we have only dreamt of in the past.
CLIENT STORIES: In my practice, I have helped clients move out of seriously challenging situations like Sarah M. who (when she came to me) had just lost her job and her partner she had lived with for over ten years, had just told her he was breaking up with her. She was devastated and had no idea how she would make it through this huge chaos in her life.
We started working together right away, and over the next two weeks, we had two full Shamanic healing sessions, and I gave her daily energetic support along with a one hour, weekly Skype call and personal support daily via Facebook chat and email. This deep support helped her find a safe place to release the tremendous grief and pent-up emotions so she could really heal.
Within one month, we began to unearth and explore what she really loved to do and to train her focus and energies also to begin bringing that into her life in real, practical ways. Sarah now has a thriving online business she loves and has moved to a new location on the East Coast where she reports to be happier than she can remember being before. It was such a moving experience to witness her transforming her life, and to have played a part in helping her through that process.
